BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
A few things to know.
Planning ahead makes for a better journey. If your trip needs something different, include it with your request.
Is my reservation confirmed when I submit the form?+
No. Your request goes to the office for availability and price review. Your trip is confirmed only after the office approves the arrangements.
Can I add a return transfer or several stops?+
Yes. Add a return transfer for a linked return trip, or choose Custom route when you need several stops.
Am I booking a specific vehicle?+
You choose a vehicle class. Models and photos are representative, and the assigned vehicle is confirmed by the office.
How do I pay for my journey?+
Payment is arranged directly with the office. The production payment flow will use the enabled payment providers configured by the office.
What if my flight or plans change?+
Let the office know as soon as possible. Flight and journey changes are reviewed against the confirmed reservation.
Can I request a child seat or meet & greet?+
Yes. Add these preferences with your passenger details. Availability and any applicable amount are confirmed by the office.
How do changes and cancellations work?+
Open your reservation to request a change or cancellation. The office reviews the request before changing the booking.
